Exchange & Return Policy

Notification Period

Please notify us within 15 days of your purchase. We cannot process returns or exchanges beyond this period.

Non-Returnable Items

• Panties and shapewear due to hygienic reasons.
• Products purchased under clearance sale.
• Products received as freebies.

Exchange Conditions

• Products must have intact tags.
• We do not accept exchanges or returns of worn or stained products.
• Items must be properly packed to prevent damage during the return process.

Process

Exchanges/returns are processed after we receive the original product(s) back at our warehouse. Upon receiving and inspecting the product(s), we will approve and initiate the exchange/refund. Processing time for exchanges/refunds is a minimum of 7 to 8 working days.

Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. To cancel, contact us at +91 7666531632 or email us at Crizzionightwear@gmail.com, and mention your order number. For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed within 2-3 working days.
