Log in to your account on https://new.crizzio.in/ and go to the My Order section to access your order history. If you are a Guest User, fill in your order details on the Track Your Order page.
To track shipped orders, we provide AWB (Airway Bill no.) with the carrier’s name. You can track your order on the carrier's website using the AWB number. Note: AWB numbers may take up to 48 hours from the date of dispatch to become trackable.
To cancel your order, log in to your account and visit the "My Orders" section. Alternatively, you can contact our support team via phone or email for assistance.
You can return or exchange your order by logging in to your account and navigating to the "Returns" section. Fill in the required details and follow the instructions.
